Quick-Start Course

The Operational Mastery Lab session includes an optional half-day pre-workshop intensive “Mighty Community Markets Quick Start Course” for all leaders who want to sharpen their core understanding of grocery fundamentals, like grocery finance, key metrics, essential components of price image development and ensuring engaging shopping conditions.
The Quick Start course is especially helpful to newer GMs or anyone who wants to feel oriented and prepared for the deeper dive into operations during the full Operational Mastery Lab that follows.
