Liza Doppelt is NCG’s Chief Marketing & Communications Officer bringing over 20 years of experience in brand building and growth strategy across retail, direct-to-consumer and mission-driven organizations, most notably as a founding employee at TOMS Shoes. Her approach to brand development and building integrated marketing strategies is driven by a focus on understanding the consumer and purpose-driven storytelling. Liza is inspired to help NCG and its co-op members share not just what they do but why it matters. When she’s not developing marketing plans, Liza continues her ongoing quest to master the art of weeknight cooking.

Robyn DesHotel

Chief Financial Officer

Robyn DesHotel is NCG’s Chief Financial Officer and has served in the role since 2019. She oversees the organization’s financial strategy, risk management and administrative operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience across investment banking, management consulting, nonprofit finance and trade association leadership. Robyn is drawn to the cooperative model for its long-term sustainability and shared-ownership approach. She holds a B.A. from Rice University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Myrna Ganley

Chief People Officer

Myrna Ganley is NCG’s Chief People Officer and a recognized People and Culture leader with over 20 years of experience driving people strategy which fosters an inclusive, high-performing culture that enables business outcomes. She has deep expertise in organizational development, leading post-merger integrations and digital transformation to enhance employee experience and improve productivity. Myrna delivers innovative strategies and a people-first approach to every business challenge. Myrna’s career spans leadership roles in various sectors where she has used her talents to guide global and domestic teams, lead talent acquisition, perform organizational redesigns, deliver change management initiatives and launch comprehensive employee experience, total rewards and DEI&B programs. Myrna holds an MBA in healthcare management, a B.A. in psychology and an HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

Debesh Khattoi

Chief Information Officer

Debesh Khattoi is NCG’s Chief Information Officer and a strategic technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in retail and supply chain systems. His career includes senior roles at Target, Meijer, Finish Line and The Container Store. At NCG, Debesh leads digital transformation and the development of a collaborative technology roadmap that strengthens operations, data capabilities and member co-op support. He is passionate about leveraging technology to improve efficiency, customer experience and community impact. Debesh lives in Dallas with his wife Soni and two daughters. They like to travel, watch movies and play games as a family.

Anthony Goodwin

CEO – Development Co+operative

Dr. Anthony Goodwin is the CEO of NCG’s Development Co+operative, leading innovative efforts to grow the cooperative grocery sector nationwide. A food justice and health equity advocate, he brings more than 20 years of experience across retail grocery, cooperative development and healthcare. His career includes roles with Meijer, Lucky’s Market and ProMedica Health System, where he helped launch nonprofit grocery stores addressing social determinants of health. Anthony holds a B.S. and MBA from the University of Toledo and a Ph.D. in Public Health, with research focused on historic discriminatory policy, the built environment and health equity. Anthony lives in Toledo, OH with his family and enjoys camping and boating on the Great Lakes in his free time.
