We’re excited to highlight a few new event features that we’ve rolled out this year aimed at making NCG events a more inclusive and supportive environment. Keep an eye out for these features at our upcoming events:

Know Before You Go Webinar: Our “Know Before You Go” webinars are designed to help attendees familiarize themselves with the logistics and conference agenda and ensure they are prepared before the event.

Conference App: To support our commitment to sustainability and to enhance your experience, we’ll be using a conference app for each event that includes the agenda, session information and logistical details. You can also engage and connect with other attendees using the app. 

AI Captioning: We offer AI live captioning to ensure all attendees can fully engage with presentations and discussions.

Wellness Room: A quiet and low-sensory space equipped with activities for those needing a breather or a recharge.

Hygge Station: This station is stocked with essential items such as Tide pens, blankets and other supplies to ensure you feel comfortable during the event.

Onsite Meet-up Groups: We offer optional meet-up groups for segments of our conference attendees who may appreciate a little extra support from like-minded people. We have hosted onsite meet-up groups for attendees that identify as neurodivergent, People of the Global Majority and LGBTQIA+. Meet-up groups offer ways to connect and experience community while attending an onsite event.
