NCG’s natural foods training manual is now available as six individual e-learning courses in Co+op U, available at any time to co-op staff for no cost. Topics include grains, beans, oils, fresh products, nutrition supplements, labeling and more. Approximate viewing time is 20 minutes per course, and registration is required.
