Program Overview
SATORI training is designed to enhance understanding of SPINS and one’s ability to use its reporting tools to evaluate their co-ops’ business performance and improve store operations. Note: While SATORI training is open to staff of all NCG co-ops, only co-ops actively submitting POS data to SPINS have access to SATORI.
SATORI credentials are emailed to each co-op’s General Manager/Designated Representative.
Target Audience
The target audience for SATORI training is promotions liaisons and other co-op staff with purchasing or pricing responsibility in center store departments such as grocery, wellness (supplements and body care), frozen and refrigerated.
Instructors
The instructor for the SATORI training is Kelly Hanson (SPINS on-site business consultant to NCG).
How to Enroll
Simply sign into Co+op U, search for SPINS, and request the course. Find these courses by using the “Browse All Courses” button on the Welcome Page, or search for a course by its title in the search bar in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once you are approved, you may launch the course from your transcript at any time. You must have a Co+op U profile in order to request this event.
