Program Overview
NCG offers member co-ops six bimonthly coupon tear-off pad events per year, as well as a variety of attractive download-and-print posters, newsletter copy and social media images to help you increase sales and shopper satisfaction.
Benefits
- Promote a positive price image for your store with professional materials featuring an average of 60-70 manufacturers’ coupons per event for refrigerated, grocery, wellness and nonfoods items, exclusively for shoppers at NCG member co-ops
- A variety of ready-to-print, high-quality marketing materials to support and promote the program in store
- Coupon pads are printed on paper that is FSC-certified and made from 100% post-consumer recycled content
Costs
- Coupon tear-off pads are available free of charge to NCG member co-ops
- All Co+op Deals promotional support materials are free of charge to download and print. Find information about your NCG discount for FedEx Office printing services
- Discounted coupon tear-off pad hangers are available for purchase through our program with Siffron.
Participation Requirements
- Program is open to NCG co-ops participating in the UNFI Supply Contract (USC)
- Select a Promotions Liaison to coordinate and execute the Co+op Deals program in your store
- Adhere to order deadlines: If you do not place an order by the deadline, your store will receive an auto-ship minimum order of one set of tear-off pads (200 coupons total) for each coupon
- Per agreement, your store must promote all regularly stocked items on sale at the shelf level (through tear-off pads)
- Submit all Co+op Deals coupons directly to NCG for redemption by the 20th of each month following the coupon expiration date
How to Order
- Prior to order deadlines, an update will be emailed to your promotions liaison, marketing and member services staff, and general manager/designated representative in the weekly updates. Please keep these contacts up to date to ensure effective communication
- Bimonthly tear-off pads must be pre-ordered following the Coupon Program Calendar, which can be found in the reference materials below.
