Program Overview
NCG partners with LBMX to deliver an online system that allows members to manage the ongoing process of providing promotional forecasts.
Benefits
- Co+op Deals Forecast System (CDF) is a web-based live system, accessible (with your log-in credentials) from any computer terminal with an internet connection
- Members have the ability to set up custom grids based on your preferences, and to choose the information you view onscreen and download in Excel spreadsheets
- Historical information is based on UNFI invoices
- Members may view regular stock and promotional purchase history at the same time
Costs
- CDF is available at no cost to members participating in the USC/Co+op Deals promotional program
- Please note: Forecast events not saved and sent by the response deadline may be subject to a late fee; download and review the Forecast Timeliness Policy for more information
Participation Requirements
- All member co-ops (excluding PCC) participating in the UNFI Supply Contract (USC) are required to participate in the NCG Promotions Program and abide by the Promotions Program Participation Agreement
- Participants must also select a promotions liaison to coordinate and execute the Co+op Deals program
How to Participate
- Promotions liaisons should attend the CDF orientation. NCG hosts an online orientation session each month
- Obtain log-in information and passcode from Jolene Parker to access forecast information on LBMX
- Promotions liaisons will be notified via weekly email updates when monthly forecast information is ready to access
- Log in to the LBMX Marketplace
- Export forecast forms to Excel spreadsheets for future reference and store use
- Save and send forecast events to NCG prior to the response deadline
