Program Overview
NCG’s Operations Conference is for individuals accountable for P&L performance at individual business units or for the overall organization: store managers, operations managers, front-end managers and GMs. Desired outcomes are to build awareness of NCG tools, services, and resources that support success; establish strong peer networks among participants; provide professional development to help participants effectively manage department managers and achieve desired results.
