Program Overview
Business technology services include programs that are available to all NCG members to support and provide efficiencies, training and IT security. Currently, the following programs are available:
- Paperless invoicing and a tool which provides automation for GL coding
- Customer relationship management (CRM) tool that enables co-ops to better manage and market to their members and customers
- KnowBe4 training which provides a formal cybersecurity education to our member’s workforce
- IT assessments which will analyze and identify the scope of improving the existing IT infrastructure, security, processes and co-op performance
