NCG Letter to Manufacturers on NBFDS Regulations

See below for a copy of the letter NCG sent to manufacturing partners on March 4, 2019, regarding implementation of the National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard (NBFDS, i.e., GMO labeling) regulations.

As vendors move towards implementation, it is possible that questions about the regulations could come up in conversation. Technical and legal questions should be directed to USDA (see link below).
