Customer Experience (CX) Program Resources
Find resources to support your co-op’s use of NCG’s Customer Experience (CX) Program. Materials to support program implementation are titled CX_Launch_Tools_…, and include configuration documents for POS, a sample communication plan and templates for communication with staff and member-owners.
Resources for participating co-ops include a CX Dashboard Tour in Co+op U, a guide to the pre-loaded Favorite reports in your SMG dashboard, tips for making the most of Celebration Alerts and Callback Alerts, a template back-of-house scorecard, a useful FAQ document including instructions for accessing a test survey, and more.
