A copy of the manifest must be filled out completely and be included in each package of coupons shipped to RPR, and must also be emailed to RPR at manifests@rpr-coupons.com or faxed to (908) 441-0244. Please put the campaign months in the subject line of your email. You will receive a confirmation from RPR when the shipment is received.
