When shoppers become co-op owners, we want them to feel excited about the investment they’ve made in the co-op and welcomed into their community of fellow owners. An inviting owner welcome packet filled with all the information new owners need — and a compelling coupon! — can help set the tone for a great new owner experience.

NCG has developed a template for an owner welcome packet, available for all NCG co-ops. All copy and images should be reviewed and customized as appropriate for your co-op.
