Co+nnect is a biennial combined conference for Finance and IT managers and anyone responsible for accounting, POS systems, websites or cybersecurity.

There is no conference registration fee. Hotel, flight, rental car and mileage expenses are the responsibility of the co-op.

What to know about travel

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and transportation to and from the conference in downtown Minneapolis. The Minneapolis Convention Center is located 9 miles from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport.

How to book the conference hotel

After you register for the Co+nnect Conference, you will receive an email containing a link to receive the group discount booking rate.

Create a Co+op U account before registering

Please speak with your teams about who will attend from your co-op, to help registration go smoothly. Registration will take place on Co+op U, and attendees will need to create a Co+op U user account or log into their existing Co+op U account to register for the Co+nnect Conference.

We recommend helping your co-op’s attendees create a Co+op U account in advance of registration to allow time for accounts to be set up. Please allow up to 48 hours for account requests to be approved.

Follow these steps to create a Co+op U account:

  1. Visit https://ncga-coop.csod.com/login/render.aspx?id=ncgacoop.
  2. Click on “Need to create an account?” near the bottom of the page.
  3. Fill out the necessary fields.
  4. Account requests will be reviewed by an NCG admin within two business days of the request.
  5. Attendees will receive an email with details on accessing the new account that has been approved.

Registration process and timeline

Registration opens Wednesday, April 1, and closes Wednesday, April 29. On April 1, co-op Finance, IT and POS department contacts will receive an email from NCG announcing Co+nnect Conference registration is open, with a link to register on Co+op U.

When an attendee submits a registration form, the Co+op U administrator at your co-op will receive an automatic email requesting approval of the registration. Once the Co+op U administrator approves the registration, the attendee will receive a confirmation email that also contains information for booking travel.
