Program Overview
NCG’s Financial Planning and Analysis Program provides a solution to integrate financial data sources (accounting, POS and other) to create a variety of essential financial tools and reports. This program aims to find a replacement for the various MS Excel spreadsheets used for budgets, pro formas, weekly sales reports (WSRs) and scheduling planning, as well as cashflow forecasting tools.
Currently, this program is a pilot and open to co-ops interested in researching and testing a potential tool. The pilot is available to a limited number of NCG member co-ops already identified as interested candidates.
