Program Overview
NCG hosts a biennial conference for the staff from co-op marketing and member services departments called Marketing Matters. The conference features presentations and workshops on key topics and trends that can support successful marketing efforts for your co-op including using strategies to grow sales and membership, innovative co-op projects and programs, and more. This two-day conference often offers optional retail tours to increase exposure to unique or interesting marketing or branding efforts, as well as lots of opportunity for peer support and networking. The conference is free to attend; however, participants are responsible for all travel and lodging expenses.
Target Audience
The target audience for Marketing Matters is marketing and member services managers in NCG co-ops. New and experienced managers will benefit from this event.
