The application provides an online portal for member sign up and account maintenance and connects with your point-of-sale (POS) system to provide you with quick access to member shopping trends via a flexible and on-demand reporting tool. The integration of demographic and transaction data allows co-ops to identify opportunities for targeted marketing and improve outreach to members.

How to Enroll
NCG’s Member CRM Program has seen several successful phased launches, and these launches have taught us that alignment in POS configurations is crucial to speed and success. As such, we have prioritized and aligned POS configuration work for Next Level.
As a result, we are pausing the Member CRM Program to new member onboardings at this time as we work toward our Next Level initiatives. Members who are currently using the system will continue to do so without any interruptions. We look forward to reshaping this program in the future to better serve our members.
