Co-op owners (members) are foundational to our identity as cooperatives. Co-op owners are typically more loyal than casual shoppers and may act as advocacates for the co-op and cooperative values in the community. It’s important to foster great relationships with owners and steadily convert shoppers to owners. NCG provides resources for marketing ownership, rewarding owners and understanding how owners and potential owners understand cooperatives.
