NCG is transitioning its payment processing referral service from First Data/Fiserv and Worldpay to UNFI Payment Services, a division of UNFI Professional Services with many years of experience in payment processing solutions.
UNFI Payment Services offers our members a wide range of credit card processing solutions that meet both your and your shoppers’ needs.

This program offers:
- Competitively priced payment processing solution for credit, debit, SNAP EBT, eWIC, checks and gift cards
- Lower costs through effective debit routing management
- Preferred pricing with select card brand networks
- Transaction processing powered by Fiserv, the industry leader who supports integrated, stand-alone, wireless and e-commerce solutions
- Secure e-commerce processing
- Options to purchase PIN pads and terminals
- Integrations with many Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
Key Features of the UNFI Payment Services Program
The UNFI Payment Services program offers:
- Comprehensive savings analysis based on your current processor’s monthly statement
- UNFI project management and coordination with your POS vendor
- Assistance with reporting and financial reconciliation
- Support and training on the Fiserv customer portal
- Optional post conversion realized savings analysis
- Payment Services team to interface with Fiserv on your behalf
Pricing and Fees
- There is no program charge to participate in the UNFI program
- UNFI requires a signed confidentiality agreement to provide your co-op with a savings analysis
- Contracts and pricing are provided by UNFI and Fiserv with rates understood and approved by NCG
Program Commitment and Terms
This program is available to all interested NCG member co-ops with no enrollment required and no need to sign an NCG Program Participation Agreement. There is no termination fee from NCG, UNFI or Fiserv.
