Program Overview
NCG’s Shopper Survey is a standardized co-op member/shopper survey designed to provide customer insights to individual co-ops and to NCG co-ops as a whole.
The survey instrument itself is free but co-ops pay for survey implementation and analysis. There are several requirements for using the survey instrument; this information is outlined in the survey manual.
Please read the survey manual carefully prior to beginning your research project to ensure that you are participating in accordance with the program and that your data is exported and submitted in the right format for inclusion in the aggregate database.
Annual aggregate survey results are available to all NCG co-ops. Please note that our aggregate research reports should be considered confidential and not for redistribution.
