Customer Experience (CX) Insights
Find resources to support NCG’s Customer Experience (CX) Program. This program allows co-ops to capture post-transaction customer feedback in real-time, measure satisfaction, and improve loyalty – ultimately, helping to drive sales. The robust data collected through the CX program offers valuable insights at the individual co-op level, and in aggregate for all NCG member co-ops. These insights help us to identify opportunities to improve the in-store experience of co-op shoppers.
