Food Co-op Impact Survey

Are you interested in completing all or some of NCG’s food co-op impact survey for your co-op? You’ve come to the right spot.

Thank you for leaning into cooperation and championing transparency, learning and growth in your organization and for your community!

To get started:

• Review the questions for this year’s survey by opening the file below titled “Food Co-op Impact Survey Questions.” You can use this document to start collecting the information you’ll need to fill out the survey in Co+efficient.
• The Impact Metrics Guides in the files below offer suggestions and tips on collecting data for the questions.
• When you’re ready to enter the information you’ve collected into your co-op’s survey, find your co-op’s Co+efficient log-in information and use it to access the system. Contact Cole Hawthorne if you need help logging in.
• Open the file below titled “Co+efficient User Guide: Entering Metrics in Co+efficient or Excel” and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the survey. Or, you can visit Co+op U and watch Completing the Food Co-op Impact Survey with Co+efficient, which also has instructions for Excel.
• Once your survey is completed to your liking, remember to go through and RELEASE answered questions. Please save and release your co-op’s data from the past year by February 28 each year.
