The proper preparation for an inventory count makes a significant difference in your store’s final results. The time and resources you invest in preparing for the inventory count will support an accurate, efficient and smooth-flowing count.

This document is a to-do list of things to accomplish before an inventory crew performs a financial value count or UPC scanning inventory count. One additional preparation step for UPC scanning inventory counts is included.
