Product Information Management (PIM) System

The Product Information Management (PIM) system is NCG’s new centralized platform for managing product, cost and sales data across all member co-ops. It serves as a single, verified source of truth for item information, costs and sales activity, replacing the disconnected, manual processes every co-op currently manages on its own.

The PIM gives every store access to the same clean, complete and accurate data, including vendor costs, program details and product descriptions, automatically organized and updated through a single connection. It eliminates the need to merge files or manually manage promotions, freeing up staff time and reducing errors.
