NCG finds great value in engaging representatives from our co-ops in a number of advisory committees. These committees provide insight and suggestions on NCG programs, services, and other topical issues. Additionally, committees provide ideas and guidance on ways to communicate with and get input from all members about important topics.
Representatives from co-ops serve on advisory committees without compensation. In all cases, committee members are selected to ensure as much diversity as possible in terms of store size, geography, format, and market conditions, as well as individual expertise on the committee topic areas. Committees may be short or long term in nature, and committee members may be nominated or appointed, as suits that committee and its role.
