Program Overview
The Co+op Deals Flyer is a (mostly) biweekly sales flyer featuring specials on national and regional brands. Designed to increase sales, customer traffic and vendor support at your store, the flyer and corresponding in-store signage work to improve your price image and competitive positioning in the marketplace. The flyer and signage for featured deals are supported by a collection of print-ready materials, product images and sign templates to help your store leverage the impact of the Co+op Deals promotional programs.
Flyer Options
NCG offers a standard flyer and options for flyer customization:
- Twenty-four flyers are published each year, across 12 periods (an A & B flyer for each period), with approximately 60 sale products per flyer
- NCG provides up to 15,000 standard flyers per period, per member location free of charge, with additional copies available for a fee of $50 per 1000 copies
- Customization of flyers is available; read about Flyer Customization Options
- Flyer contacts receive an email each month with a flyer order spreadsheet. Fill out and return the spreadsheet to Kerry Devoy by the specified deadline to have flyers shipped to your store each month
- Stores have access to a digital promotions platform and PDF versions of every flyer for posting online or distributing via email
- Product images for flyer sale items are available for reproduction and member use, but NCG members may not reproduce licensed stock images from the flyer in publications, websites, or any materials produced by your store. These images are covered by copyright laws

Signage Options
- In-store signage for all deals advertised in the flyer is available in a variety of sizes each month and can be printed and shipped to your store or downloaded and printed in-house
- Pre-printed signage pricing varies by size from $10 to $30 per complete set
- To order pre-printed signs, read the Co+op Deals Sign Ordering Information (in the Co+op Deals Flyer Pricing Sign Reference Materials section below), then send size and quantity information, along with store contact, name, shipping address, and phone number to Kerry Devoy. This order will become a recurring monthly order unless otherwise specified
Promotional Materials
- Download-and-print posters and endcap headers are available to support Co+op Deals in the Resources section below
- Support materials are free to download and print. Find more information about discounted printing services available through our printing and copying services with FedEx Office
Participation Requirements
- Members participating in the UNFI Supplies Contract (USC) are eligible to participate in the Co+op Deals flyer program
- Adhere to program deadlines as provided in the NCG Promo Calendar and Flyer Program Dates spreadsheet (in the Promotions Calendar section below). Consequences of failing to adhere to deadlines are addressed by the Co+op Deals Forecast Timeliness Policy
