Program Overview

Providing access to first aid and safety supplies and resources can help keep your staff protected and contribute to their confidence in a safe workplace. NCG partners with Cintas First Aid and Safety, a division of Cintas that operates independently of their uniform and facility service program and offers a variety of solutions designed to help co-ops meet OSHA and ANSI standards, and support the ongoing safety of your store, staff, and customers.

First aid supplies – Quality first aid products are delivered on a regular schedule by certified professionals, helping ensure the co-op is fully prepared for injury or illness. Products include bandages, gauze, antiseptics, ointments, burn care, pain/illness control and more.
Safety supplies and PPE – Head-to-toe personal protective equipment from leading manufacturers are delivered on a regular basis. Co-ops can customize items supplied to best meet its own needs.
Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) – Cintas offers the ReviveR® and Zoll® AEDs available for lease or purchase with program management that includes medical direction, installation and regular service.
First aid, CPR and AED training – The Cintas team offers up-to-date, online training by instructors certified in First aid, CPR and AED training.

With hundreds of facilities in North America including local service, and distribution centers, co-ops can take advantage of localized service with the benefits of national programming

Reduced staff time and attention needed for purchasing, stocking and maintaining adequate first aid and safety supplies and inventories.

NCG’s program with Cintas First Aid and Safety offers a highly competitive program with ceiling costs that allow your local First Aid and Safety service team to provide the most competitive cost in your market without rising above NCG’s national price structure. Cintas representatives are happy to review program details, your specific needs, and how NCG’s First Aid and Safety program can help drive your costs down while keeping your staff, store and customers safe.

Participation Guidelines

Participation in the Cintas Uniform and Facilities Service is not required to participate in this program
This program is open to all NCG member co-ops regardless of their current uniform and facility service program partner
There is no registration or service agreement required to participate in NCG’s national program
Co-ops opting to utilize AED services will be required to sign a service agreement specific to the equipment manufacturer and local regulations and requirements
You may be presented with a local opportunity to secure glove or other supplies with tight inventory via an Intent to Purchase Agreement (ITP). NCG does not endorse this offer
