Program Overview
The Co+op gift card program offers low- to no-cost processing through Worldpay from FIS. This program has been sunsetted, but program participants are still redeeming NCG gift cards.
Costs
Co+op gift card processing is provided free to co-ops who process credit cards through Worldpay. A flat monthly fee of $24.95 (no additional charges) applies to co-ops which do not process credit cards through Worldpay.
Cross Co-op Purchase/Redemption Reconciliation
What happens when a gift card is purchased at one location and redeemed at a different co-op?
- Although more than 90% of cards are typically redeemed at the co-op where the gift card was purchased, participating co-ops are required to accept gift cards sold by other participating NCG co-ops.

- Although cross co-op gift card redemption has historically been limited, there is a small risk: in the event an issuing (card selling) co-op does not have funds available to cover redemption for a gift card it sold, the redeeming co-op may not be compensated for that transaction.
