IX-ONE Product Data and Image Exchange

Program Overview

Through NCG’s partnership with IX-ONE your co-op has direct access to a database of comprehensive digital product assets and product information that puts you in a position to easily merchandise and market products to your shoppers. NCG is a founding member of IX-ONE; you may be familiar with IX-ONE through the New Item Program. We use IX-ONE in our category management and Co+op Deals processes.

What’s in the IX-ONE Product Data and Image Exchange?

  • Up-to-date, multi-faceted product images
  • Detailed product information
  • Organic, natural and specialty products

What can my co-op use it for?

Do use it for:

  • Co-op marketing
  • E-commerce
  • In-store flyers

Don’t use it for:

  • Any e-commerce or other platform where, through your service agreement, that provider takes ownership of data or images provided by your co-op. See #2 under Participating Co-op Responsibilities in the IX-ONE User Service Agreement.

Costs

Through the NCG agreement with IX-ONE, participating member co-ops incur no cost to utilize this service.

How to enroll?

  1. Your co-op can offer IX-ONE access to three staff members.
  2. Have staff watch the IX-ONE Recorded Training at their own convenience, approximately 33 minutes in length.
  3. Co-op designated representative and IX-ONE users, access and review the IX-ONE User Service Agreement.
  4. Designated representative send an email to Jolene Parker. Indicate that your co-op would like access to IX-ONE. Include your co-op’s name and location, include the first, last names, and email addresses for your co-op’s users.
  5. Jolene will direct your co-op’s designated representative to DocuSign to sign the IX-ONE User Service Agreement. The user agreement can only be submitted through DocuSign and requires a signature by the co-op’s DR (designated representative).
  6. Co-op users receive credentials directly from IX-ONE and will get access to the product data and image exchange.
  7. Reach out to Jolene Parker if you would like additional training or have questions about the functionality of IX-ONE.
