Program Overview
NCG co-ops are supported by regional retail support teams with a wide range of skills and experiences. Regional Support Teams provide coaching, in-store support and retail expertise, and is led by a regional Director of Retail Support.
Additionally, NCG offers a number of resources to support co-ops’ individual business needs including consulting services, business assessments, business planning, small project support, real estate support, as well as support for growth including remodels, new stores and expansions.
