NCG has national agreements with Cintas Corporation or UniFirst Corporation, allowing co-ops to take advantage of discounted pricing on aprons, chef’s coats, cook shirts, towels, floor mats, mops, bathroom supplies and more.

Costs
NCG’s programs offer highly competitive costs. Cintas and UniFirst representatives are happy to review program details, your specific needs and how NCG’s program can help drive your costs down.
Participation Requirements
- Co-op located within Cintas or UniFirst respective service regions
- Sign the Cintas_Local_Service_Agreement or UniFirst_Customer_Service_Agreement and complete the Co-op Outlet Addendum attached to the agreements
- Sign the NCG Uniform and Facility Services Program Participation Agreement (PPA) via DocuSign
- If your co-op currently receives these services from another provider, NCG recommends fulfilling all contractual obligations to the current provider prior to engaging in a contractual relationship with Cintas or UniFirst
How to Enroll
- Download and read carefully the Uniform and Facilities Services Program Participation Agreement (PPA)
- For Cintas, contact Account Manager, Amanda Parker (513) 912-2586. State your affiliation with NCG and location.
- For UniFirst, contact Corporate Accounts Manager, Dan Diedrich, (262) 751-9583. State your affiliation with NCG and location.
- If your store is located within service regions of the supplier you chose to work with, your account will be established pending an approved credit application.
- Work directly with your local Cintas or UniFirst sales or service representative to establish delivery schedules and product line.
- Contact leslie.kegel@ncg.coop at NCG to advise of program interest
- Sign the NCG-specific local or customer service agreement and outlet addendum.
- Agreements require DR or GM signature
- Enrolling in this program obligates you to the terms, conditions, and pricing agreed upon by NCG and Cintas Corporation or UniFirst Corporation. These terms and conditions are bound as outlined in the NCG-specific local or customer service agreement you sign with Cintas or UniFirst.
