NCG’s Packaging and Store Supplies Program offers a comprehensive selection of products that are continually evaluated to ensure quality, functionality and sustainability traits that are important to NCG member co-ops and their customers. A full line of available products and pricing is updated monthly.
Through a partnership with Network Distribution, NCG offers co-ops access to a broad selection of essential packaging and store supplies at nationally contracted prices. Designed with attention to retail trends, consumer preferences, environmental impact, and market dynamics, this program helps ensure your co-op is well-equipped to meet shopper needs.

Like NCG, Network Distribution is a member-owned organization of independently-owned regional distributors that offer the benefits of national programming through localized service. Participating NCG members are assigned to one of Network Distribution’s distributor partners to optimize volume and support co-op access to a range of products at competitive costs. Our Network distributor partners hold exclusive distribution rights to Co+op branded packaging and have dedicated NCG account champions who understand and ensure that members’ needs and priorities are fully met. In addition, all participating Network distributors offer a wide variety of additional products that can round out any co-op needs not covered by items on NCG’s national packaging and supplies list
Costs
NCG’s Packaging and Store Supplies Program is open to all NCG member co-ops and there are no fees to participate in the program.
NCG’s national packaging and store supplies list identifies all of NCG’s nationally contracted products and pricing and is updated monthly and can be found under resources below. Participating NCG member co-ops get the advantages of lowered costs through national group pricing
Participation Requirements
- Co-ops signing up for NCG’s Packaging and Store Supplies Program must:
- Commit to participating in the program for 12 months. After the first 12 months, co-ops may discontinue their participation in the program with 90 days’ notice to NCG.
- Ensure participating co-op staff are familiar with the NCG Program Participation Agreement term and obligations for NCG’s Packaging and Store Supplies Program.
- Identify at least one packaging contact for each participating co-op location who is:
- Committed to the success of the Packaging and Store Supplies Program.
- In a position to fully communicate all program-related information to the appropriate staff.
- Can serve as a point of contact for NCG and the program supplier.
- Complete and sign the NCG Program Participation Agreement for this program.
How to Enroll
- Contact NCG Supplier Programs Manager, Leslie Kegel, to set-up your service with the appropriate Network Distribution distributor and to sign NCG’s Packaging and Supplies Program Participation Agreement via DocuSign.
- Upon request from your store’s Network Distribution distributor, complete a credit application and wait for verification.
- Once credit application is approved, work directly with your co-op’s Network Distribution distributor to establish order and delivery schedules, ordering methodology (electronic ordering is available in some regions) and item selection.
